With over 25 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry and the communications agency world, Ruth joined us in early 2009 as a Communications Consultant.

Ruth has long enjoyed working alongside other writers and editors, as well as liaising with clients and opinion leaders, to oversee the timely and efficient delivery of a high-quality, appropriate product. She is sure there will be ample opportunity at Oxford PharmaGenesis™ for her to utilize and extend these skills.

Before joining us, Helen gained experience in cancer research and held a postdoctoral position at Columbia University in New York.

She is currently in her second year as a Medical Writer with the company and has enjoyed the challenges of working on a variety of projects across several different therapy areas whilst maintaining the high standards of Oxford PharmaGenesis™.

With the guidance of her team leader and the support of her team, Helen manages the day-to-day running of client projects and is beginning to have increased involvement at the proposal and costing stages.

Before joining us, Claire worked as a postdoc studying Down syndrome in Queen Mary, University of London.

Claire has now been with us for just over two years. In that time, she has built on the writing skills she gained during her academic career, producing peer-reviewed publications, presentations, slide sets and congress reports in a wide range of therapeutic areas.

She is now gaining experience of publication planning, and has surprised herself by becoming an active member of the gym.

Philip crossed over to pharmaceutical communications over 7 years ago, he quickly gained a grasp of effective client service and project management as it relates to medical communications prior to coming to Oxford PharmaGenesis™.

Now in his third year, Philip is responsible for the comprehensive development, management and execution of medical communication programmes and projects.

His positive approach, desire to grow professionally, and his people skills, allow him to raise the bar in today's challenging and complicated medical communications environment.
