As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting project teams in ensuring timely and successful project delivery within the approved budget. Activities on client accounts include development of scientific publications, design and delivery of virtual and in-person meetings, podcasts and online training, and preparation of materials to be presented in symposia and international congresses.

We are looking for talented Project Coordinators who have:

  • a degree or previous experience in project coordination in a commercial setting
  • an understanding and knowledge of the project management life cycle
  • the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • good numeracy skills.

Experience in the following areas would be beneficial:

  • medical communications or healthcare
  • account management.
