Senior/Project Manager (with experience/interest in e-learning projects), Oxford
We’ve seen a huge increase in the number of e-learning projects that we’re delivering as a business, and we’re developing a reputation as a leading provider in this space across pharma. As such, we have an exciting opportunity for someone with experience or an interest in instructional and/or learning design to join our busy team in central Oxford. You will work closely with our senior learning specialists and our Digital and Creative teams to deliver innovative and engaging learning experiences for a wide range of audiences.
For this role, we are seeking a Senior/Project Manager with expertise and/or interest in this area to support the design, management and delivery of digital and non-digital learning modules and training. Projects that you will support include e-learning, mobile learning, virtual workshops, training slide decks, and internal learning communications, and you’ll get to explore cutting-edge solutions.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about learning and development and comfortable working in a reactive and fast-paced role and who has the confidence to lead projects with support from a wider project team, with direct client contact and responsibility for success.
We are looking for a talented Senior/Project Manager who has:
- degree-level experience or equivalent
- experience in the management and delivery of multiple projects, working across different teams
- experience/interest in digital and non-digital learning modules and training materials
- proven financial and project management skills.
