It is an exciting time at Oxford PharmaGenesis and, owing to an ambitious growth programme, we are actively seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team.
We provide a diverse range of scientific communication services to the global pharmaceutical industry. You will recruit for roles across all functions, including: Project and Account Managers; Medical Writers and Editors (ranging from Associates to Scientific and Team Directors); creative, IT and digital experts; finance and office management; and freelancers.
It is essential that you can demonstrate a successful track record in a medical communications recruitment role, either within a specialist recruitment agency or in house. You will be a creative thinker and an excellent communicator who thrives on the challenges of attracting top talent in a niche market.
Your main responsibilities will be to support the full recruitment cycle along with driving strategic projects to build our recruitment capabilities and develop our employer brand. Additionally, you’ll be passionate about providing an exceptional experience for our potential recruits and driving equity, diversity and inclusion through all aspects of recruitment practises.
