Recruitment Coordinator – Oxford

We are looking for a highly talented administrator to support the Recruitment Manager in all aspects of the recruitment cycle. The recruitment desk is busy, and the ideal person will be a proactive and personable self-starter who has exceptional attention to detail and who is a competent user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • administration of all stages of the recruitment process, including logging applications, updating trackers and managing logs, fielding enquiries, co-ordinating interviews and applying for references
  • preparation of permanent employee and freelancer contracts
  • management and maintenance of freelancer logs and trackers
  • sourcing and administration of recruitment events, and assisting with the development of materials.

This role will suit an experienced HR administrator or a candidate educated to degree level with an interest in developing their career in HR, and in particular recruitment. You will join a small team of professionals committed to providing an excellent candidate experience, and a responsive and efficient service for the hiring managers. A sense of humour is essential!
