Oxford PharmaGenesis has been recognized across offices worldwide with an internationally renowned UK Best WorkplacesTM award. The accreditation is thanks to colleagues who rated the leading independent HealthScience communications consultancy as ‘a great place to work’ in the Great Place to Work® 2021 survey.
The survey received an impressive 80% response rate from our colleagues worldwide, with 91% of respondents saying that “Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work”. Oxford PharmaGenesis scored particularly highly for Trust, Values and Leadership Effectiveness.
Considered a ‘gold standard’ of employer awards, Great Place to Work® surveys are based solely on the views of employees. Operating in over 50 countries, its data-driven methodology gains insights from around 10 000 organizations worldwide to benchmark performance and help to improve employee engagement. The survey assesses both the employee experience and the leadership and HR practices that create the organization’s workplace culture.
This is the first year that Oxford PharmaGenesis has gained global recognition, with survey respondents hailing from our offices worldwide. The company has previously won Best WorkplaceTM awards in the UK in 2019 and in the USA repeatedly from 2017. The UK office also earned a Best Workplace for WomenTM award in the UK in 2019, and an Excellence in Wellbeing award in 2018 and 2021.

Despite the pandemic, Oxford PharmaGenesis experienced impressive growth over 2020, recruiting more than 100 new colleagues and opening a regional office in Melbourne, Australia. It also broadened its innovative capabilities and expertise through an enhanced informatics and data science practice.
