Oxford PharmaGenesis Inc. has been named as a Great Place to Work® for the third consecutive year!

Employees from our Philadelphia office were invited to participate in an anonymous online survey, in which their responses to questions on company culture, environment, morale and leadership were collated and scored. In the 5-minute survey, respondents rated the level to which they agreed or disagreed with specific statements, which included the following.

  • “Our facilities contribute to a good working environment.”
  • “Management is competent at running the business.”
  • “I believe management would lay people off only as a last resort.”
  • “Management is honest and ethical in its business practices.”

The organic evolution of our client base and successful pitches by our Philadelphia office have led to the creation of new jobs, new team structures and new account growth. We are proud that our Philadelphia office has continued to be a great workplace through this period of change and growth. Data from the surveys over the past three years have provided our leadership team with effective and quantifiable ways to benchmark our progress and to target our goals towards making the company an even better place to work. Three years as a Great Place to Work® has helped us to earn client loyalty, reduce staff turnover and attract rising new talent in a competitive hiring market.
