At Oxford PharmaGenesis, we have a caring and nurturing culture, and we look out for each other, so this accolade is the work of many. We would like to take this opportunity to especially thank the efforts of our Mental Health Advocates, colleagues who have contributed to our ‘This is Me’ campaign, and Menopause Advocates.

Over the past year, we further enhanced our well-being offering, focusing on the five pillars of well-being (mental, physical, community/social, financial and career). Our Mental Health Advocates have maintained their efforts in creating a safe and open culture, and we saw significant levels of engagement with our ‘This is Me’ campaign, with colleagues from across the business offering their personal stories. A team of Menopause Advocates was also formed.

With the current economic pressures our colleagues are facing, we recognized the importance of further supporting their financial well-being through the introduction of an online tool to help everyone to better understand and plan their personal finances.

We are excited to develop our work in each pillar and remain supportive of our colleagues’ well-being throughout the coming year and beyond.
